Cassandra's Fee Includes:
*Two consultations to complete paperwork. These consultations include discussing and planning your forthcoming ceremony, either at your home or a venue to be agreed.
*Unlimited email and phone consultation.
*No other ceremony booked on the same day to allow flexibility.
*A comprehensive resource of ideas and suggestions to assist you in creating a memorable ceremony.
* The creation of a personalised ceremony that incorporates the essence of your ideas and beliefs.
*Provision of ceremony table and two chairs.
*Provision of PA system with CD/MP3 player and microphone.
* Travel to and from consultations (if required), and attendance at ceremony.
* A rehearsal at the venue or, if that is not practicable, an agreed location.
*Printed marriage certificate.
*A presentation copy of your ceremony.
*A wedding ceremony that complies with the guidelines set out by the Commonwealth of
Australia Marriage Act 1961, and which adheres to the Code of Practice for Marriage Celebrants.
*All legal documentation completed and submitted to the Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages in the State the marriage is performed.
*Confidential and secure record keeping
Booking Fee and Refund Policy
Booking fee of $100 is required within one week of initial meeting to ensure that your date is secured. Booking fee is non refundable. The balance of the full fee is required to be paid no less than 14 days before the scheduled date of the ceremony. Where the ceremony is cancelled more than 14 days before the scheduled date of the ceremony, 50% of the final payment is refundable. Where the ceremony is cancelled less than 14 days before the scheduled date of the ceremony, refund will be at my discretion.
